Асфальтный каток BW161AD-4 HF

Оборудованный лезвие-образными опорными металлоконструкциями, новый асфальтный тандемный каток BW161AD-4 HF обеспечивает найлучшею во всем дорожном строительстве обзорность рабочей зоны из кабины. Только на этой машине оператор, не высовываясь из кабины, может видеть края катков и даже систему битумного опрыскивания.  

BW161AD-4 HF оборудован четырехцилиндровым Deutz двигателем с водяным охлаждением, мощностью 131 л.с.. Этот каток способен развить центробежное усилие  до 16,000кг при низкой частоте 45Гц, и 12,000кг при частоте 60Гц. Такое распределение усилий позволяет эфективное уплотнение любых слоев дорожного покрытия  (от нижних слоев крупной фракции до верхнего слоя дорожного полотна).

Featuring slanted drum support legs, the new BW161AD-4 HF roller offers a clear view of the drum edges, eliminating the need for operators to lean out of the cockpit during operation. Furthermore, the design of the front and rear frames allows for an unrestricted view of both the drums and sprinkler system. This new design makes all drum surfaces and sprinkler nozzles completely visible across the entire 66-inch rolling width, enabling operators to quickly spot potential asphalt pick-up.

Powered by a 131-horsepower, 4-cylinder Deutz water-cooled diesel engine, the BW161AD-4 HF delivers 36,000 pounds of centrifugal force in low frequency (2,700 vpm) and 27,225 pounds in high frequency (3,600 vpm) - an increase of 23 and 60 percent, respectively, compared with the previous model. Independent drum vibration control and standard dual amplitudes allow the roller to handle a variety of lift thicknesses and applications ranging from granular bases to Superpave.
